Patna High Court CWJC No.22472 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent-State.

Admitted position between counsels is that in view of Division Bench Judgment dated 22.08.2019 passed by this Court in the case of Shaligram Prasad Singh & Others -VersusState of Bihar & Others (MJC No 243 of 2018), petitioners' claim on basis of their service after 26.02.2016 is barred. However, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that certain similar matters are pending before the Apex Court and if any relief is granted, then petitioner would approach the Authorities.

In view of such submission, with liberty as prayer for, writ petition is dismissed.
