JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2021 Heard Mr. Om Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the statement made in para-10 of the supplementary

Patna High Court CWJC No.22468 of 2019(4) dt.01-09-2021 2/3 affidavit, the name of the petitioners have come in the merit list of 654 successful candidates and the petitioners are now eligible for interview as and when they are called by the Staff Selection Commission.

Learned counsel further submits that Staff Selection Commission may be directed to take interview of the petitioners as and when the date of interview is decided by it. Mr. Ratnesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for SSC submits that it goes without saying that pursuant to Memo No. 1692 dated 20.07.2021 (Annexure-8) of the supplementary affidavit, the names of the petitioners have taken place in the list of successful candidates and the Commission will certainly allow them to appear in the interview. He further submits that the date of interview will be published in the newspaper as well as in the official website of the Commission. In view of the submission made by the parties and the fact that petitioners have already been declared as successful candidates in the written examination, accordingly, the Commission is directed to allow the petitioners to appear in the interview as and when the date of interview is decided by the Commission.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the
