20-08-2018 Heard Sri Upendra Kumar Chaubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Panchanand Pandit, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 19-04-2018 in Paroo P.S. Case No. 124 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been apprehended on an accusation of recovery of one loaded country-made pistol with one live cartridge. He submits that petitioner is having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition.
