2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 408 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the victim with knife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 11.07.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 408 of 2023.
