This application is for restoration of Cr. Rev. No. 734 of 2018 which stood dismissed on 25.06.2019 for noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 14.05.2019. The reason for non-compliance of the peremptory order is explained in the petition. Hence, for substantial justice, dismissal of Cr. Rev. No. 734 of 2018 is hereby set aside and Cr. Rev. No. 734 of 2018 is restored to its original file subject to condition that the petitioners shall deposit cost of Rs.1000/- in
