The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No.521 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is of getting appointment on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra by producing fake mark sheet of Intermediate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no

It is further submitted that petitioner has already resigned from his service, in support of which, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a photo copy of resignation letter of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has already resigned from his service, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No.521 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Let photo copy of resignation letter of the petitioner be kept on record.
