In the background of claim having at the end of petitioner and his father with regard to the land which the informant has claimed to be his personal acquisition, both the parties entered into an altercation and then, Pramod Kapri and Jitendra Kapri both assaulted the informant as well as his daughter Priyanka Kumari. They have also snatched ornaments from his wife as well as his daughter.

Considering the omnibus nature of allegation, petitioner Jitendra Kapri @ Jitendar Kapri is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
