JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sugauli P.S. Case No. 340 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 354(A) and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of trying to outrage the modesty of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is delay of 12 days in lodging of F.I.R. and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics and no such occurrence has ever taken place.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69492 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Sugauli P.S.
