2. The present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 09.05.2023 and order dated 28.07.2023 as contained in Annexure-16 and 16/1 whereby and whereunder the respondent no.2 rejected the claim of the petitioner.

3. Learned Senior Counsel submits that he may be granted liberty to pursue the alternate remedy.

4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
