2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 496 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is accused of killing the deceased. Petitioner is in jail since 16.07.2022.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the seriousness of the allegation, I am
