ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 08-05-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the main grievance of the petitioner with regard to the payments of the admitted dues has already been redressed however, the authorities have not paid the interest for the delayed payments. Learned counsel further states that the work was completed in the year 2020 whereas the payments are made only in the year 2025. Learned counsel states that the petitioner may be granted liberty to give a suitable representation to the authority concerned for payments of the interest on the delayed payment.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a suitable representation before the respondent No. 4 herein for payment of the interest on the delayed payments. On such representation being given, the same shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
