Petitioner has got criminal antecedent and is under custody since 27.11.2017 on an allegation that he along with co-accused Banti Rai was found in possession of a stolen motorcycle as well as master key.

That being so, petitioner Rakesh Kumar Yadav @ Rakesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Assistant Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No.519/2017.
