The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daudnagar Case No. 317 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that the recovery has been made from the bushes behind Army mess (Sainik Dhaba) in Chhoti Nagar. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances
