Case No.434/2018 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A), 38(2)/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 05.08.2018.

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
