2. The petitioner is given liberty to file Injunction application in the pending Title Suit No. 861 of 2023 pending before Sub-Judge, West Muzaffarpur.
3. If such an Injunction Application is filed, the same shall be decided by the Sub-Judge, West Muzaffarpur within one month of its filing after hearing all the concerned parties.
4. During pendency of the Injunction Application,
Patna High Court CWJC No.17452 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 the Circle Officer, Motipur will not take any coercive step against the petitioner.
5. If Injunction application is not filed within 15 days from today then the Circle Officer, Motipur will proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
