2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), 109(2), 303(2), 125 of BNS.
4. As per prosecution case, informant's family member, Munarik Prasad, was bringing gravel through tractor which was stopped by petitioner and he also abused Munarik Prasad. It is further alleged that petitioner assaulted Santosh Kumar upon his head as a result of which he sustained injury on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74855 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 2/3 head. It is further alleged that petitioner's family member armed with lathi and danda started assaulting informant's family members. It is further alleged that petitioner also assaulted informant's mother-in-law by means of iron rod upon her head as a result of which she sustained injury on head.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submits that all the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. The present case is nothing but the counterblast of Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025 registered on 21.04.2025 lodged by the mother of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the present case is lodged after delay of three days and no plausible explanation was given for the same. Apart from that, petitioner bears no criminal antecedent.
6. The learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that there is allegation against the petitioner who is said to have assaulted Santosh Kumar and informant's mother-in-law and he cannot escape from the allegation made in the FIR.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.74855 of 2025(2) dt.20-11-2025 3/3 case, keeping in view clean antecedent of the petitioner, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Masaurhi in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S. (Alok Kumar Pandey, J) vashudha/- U T
