Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 331 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged that when he was going to attend marriage ceremony with his nephew, petitioners along with other co-accused stopped him and assaulted him with farsa, fist and foot and snatched cash of Rs. 32,000/- and a golden chain and thereafter on raising alarm they fled away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that they are innocent and have committed no offence. They
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56232 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 have been falsely implicated in this case. Injury report shows that injuries are simple in nature. They have no criminal antecedent. Petitioner No. 1 is in custody since 31.05.2018 and petitioner No. 2 is in custody since 13.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 331 of 2015.
