JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Dharhara P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 20/22 of NDPS Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 500 grams Ganja has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that 500 grams Ganja recovered from house of the petitioner is below small quantity. Petitioner is languishing in jail for more than two months.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 8.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
