2. The accused/petitioner is named in the FIR and apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.202 of 2025 registered under Sections 64, 123, 318(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'B.N.S.').
3. As per the FIR, the named co-accused Shubham Kumar @ Shubham Arya allegedly committed rape upon the informant, aged about 20 years, and thereafter solemnized marriage with her and subsequently asked her to join prostitution, which she refused, whereafter the present case was lodged.
4. In view of the aforesaid allegations and considering the submissions as advanced by learned counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75467 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 appearing for the petitioner that the allegations of rape as also making the video of the informant viral appears not available against this petitioner, accordingly, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.202 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.')/under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short 'B.N.S.S.').
