JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is custody in connection with Doriganj P.S. case no. 01 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 387, 427, 506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3/4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act, Section 17 of the C.L.A Act and Sections 10, 13, 16, 17, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act, 1967. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017. He further submits that the similarly circumstanced other co-accused, namely, Hem Kumar Sahni, Santosh Rai, Shahid Ansari, Khusboo Khatoon, Deepak Ram, Pradumanpuri and Soni Devi, have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
