Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case No.103/19 , registered for offences punishable under Section 7 of the E.C.Act.
As per FIR, 540 bags of Arwa Rice were recovered from one trucfk and he has produced challan issued by the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the challan has been received from the pocket of the driver showing that the same has been purchased from the petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no regulation with respect to sale of the rice and he is a businessman and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no recovery

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail ont eh ground that he was also accused earlier in two other cases of similar type..
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case no.103 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
