2. The present writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider and allot the shop in question to the petitioners which was constructed over the land of Zila Parishad.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that despite the letter issued by them in favour of petitioners, the shop in question has not been handed over to the petitioners as yet and in similarly situated case, in CWJC No. 3651 of 2024 vide order dated 08.07.2024, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Saran, Chapra to hand over the shop to the petitioners within a period of three months.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 (The Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Saran at Chapra) to hand over
