The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022 and Section 11 of Crumbling Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners have started pelting brick stone on police vehicle and forcefully tried to set free the apprehended accused persons who

He further submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and the fact that there is nothing recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and petitioners are ladies, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 581/2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) ajay/- U T
