1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/s, order/s direction/s, in the nature of mandamus to perform their public duty to concerned Respondent authorities as Respondent No. 02 to Respondent No. 05:- (i) To Register F.I.R. against the accused persons whose name is given in complaint dated 17.10.2022 sent by petitioner, and in this complaint an abduction was made of son of the petitioner on dated 18.09.2022 by Accused Persons.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1385 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/2 (ii) To quash the Marriage Certificate bearing Certificate No. 1077/2022 dated 19.09.2022 issued by the Marriage Register, Patna became it was issued upon false and fabricated facts, whose case made by Bride, Pallavi Raj wherein also named accused in the aforesaid complaint and also married before this marriage."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the competent civil Court, having appropriate jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
