Petitioner seeks bail in Ziradei P.S. Case No.53 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273, 308 Indian Penal Code and Section 30 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 11 pieces of foreign liquor each of 180 ML was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 13.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55502 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcumSpecial Judge, Excise, Siwan,, in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No.53 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
