Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 59 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 406, 409, 420/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Bhojpur at Ara.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
