The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laukaha P. S. Case No. 148 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to delay of seven days caused in institution of the First Information Report, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Laukaha P. S. Case No. 148 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as
