The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he caused injuries with garasa to the informant, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
