This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that in the vide order dated 15.11.2019, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 5 was withdrawn and petitioner nos. 1 to 4 were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and the last

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70095 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 paragraph of order dated 15.11.2019 and there was direction to furnish bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/-, however, in the last paragraph of the said order, the amount of bail bonds has been recorded as 2,50,000/- (Rs. Two Lakh Fifty Thousand), whereas, it should have been Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand). Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of order dated 15.11.2019, it appears that there is apparent inadvertent error with regard to amount of bail bonds, as such, the bail bonds of Rs. 25,0000/- mentioned in the order dated be read as bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand). Other parts of the order dated 15.11.2019 shall remain intact.

Further three weeks' time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
