The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2019 in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not made from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner lives in New Delhi where he works as a labourer in the construction company. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is, thus, submitted that

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge 11nd cum Special Judge (Excise) Saran in connection with Daudpur P.S.
