The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Andhrathari P. S. Case No. 48 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case and allegation against the petitioner is only that she had brick-bated from her roof, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, she is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
