2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case no.331 of 2025 registered under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118, 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S, 2023.

5. As per the prosecution case, accused persons including the petitioner herein came to the house of the informant variously armed and started abusing the informant and his family members. On protest, accused Abhishek Kumar (petitioner) gave a farsa blow on the head of the informant due to which he sustained injuries. It is further alleged that others also indulged in assault.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be apparent from the F.I.R itself that petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant on his head by means of farsa but the injury report indicates that injuries are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt object which is Annexure-2 to the petition. There is case and counter case between the parties and Annexure-4 is the case filed by the petitioner's family against the informant and his family. It is further submitted that in course of such fight, injuries have also been suffered on the side of petitioner. The entire dispute arise out of land dispute for which title suit is also pending between the parties. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial.

7. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that there is case and counter case, injuries suffered by both the sides, coupled with the fact that injury attributable to the petitioner is simple in nature, it is directed that the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case no.331 of 2025 on
