2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 342, 387, 379, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. It is alleged in the prosecution case that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and on the gun point looted Rs. 45,000/- from his pocket. On protest, Ranjeet Sah caused firearm injury over the left parietal region of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Ranjeet
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82223 of 2023(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 Sah and not against this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The alleged occurrence took place on 09.05.2022 but the information about the same was given to the Police after ten days i.e. on 19.05.2022 without any explanation for delay in lodging the F.I.R. Petitioner has two criminal antecedents, however he is on bail in both cases. He is in custody since 12.09.2023. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Shiv Shankar Sahni has been granted bail by the learned Court below, vide order dated 23.07.2022.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U T
