2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 468 of 2023 registered on 25.07.2023 lodged under Sections 394/411 of the I.P.C. and 25 (1-b)a Arms Act..

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner from whose possession one pistol and fired cartridges has been recovered.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2023 having no criminal case pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82178 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 against him. He further submits that no cogent material has been recovered from the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of A.C.J.M.-Ist Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 468 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
