The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samho P.S.Case No.26 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 447, 385, 387, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, there is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of demand of Rangdari of Rs.05 lac while the informant was ploughing the land and there is allegation against Ranjeet Sinigh of firing also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. is going on between the parties in the court of the learned Sub-divisional Officer and there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner and he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75484 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 happens to be Gotia of Ranjeet Singh, as such he has been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 8.8.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground of demand of Rangdari against the petitioner and other accused persons. He is accused in two other cases also.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, and the charge-sheet has now been submitted, as such let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Begusarai in connection with Samho P.S.case No.26 of 2018 with condition that one of the bailors shall be local one.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
