====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 02.04.2021 and earlier his bail application was rejected by order dated 10.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 52975 of 2021. It is next submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise which would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2852 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 incarceration of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Samastipur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2021.
