That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) to the Respondents to remove the encroachment and demolish the building and shops of the Respondent No.-6 which has been illegally constructed by him upon about 948 Square Feet land of Government appertaining to Thana No.- 358, Khata No.-450 and Plot No.-676 at MauzaBakrour, Anchal-Bodh-Gaya in District-Gaya in pursuance of the order dated 21.07.2023 passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16999 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 in Encroachment Appeal Case No.-08/2023 by the District Magistrate, Gaya and the order dated 30.08.2022 of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.-10834 of 2022."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
