2. The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 10.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5820 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.267 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II- cum- 1st Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Chapra, Saran, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84508 of 2023(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 10.04.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
