JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Stamarhi P.S. Case No. 593 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 412, 413 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that one country made Katta and Mobile phone have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 15.06.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58415 of 2018 (2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Stamarhi P.S. Case No. 593 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
