Petitioner seeks bail in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.857 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 365, 366(a)/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has levelled specific allegation against Ramesh and Rajnandan. Allegation against the petitioner is that he accompanied Ramesh and Rajnandan up to Patna city and returned from there. He is in custody since 22.12.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55638 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
