25-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner in S.Tr.No. 123 of 2018/502 of 2018 (arising out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018) registered for offence under Sections 341, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, vide order dated 20-12-2018 in Cr.Misc. No. 70949 of 2018 (Annexure - 1 to the petition), the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected with direction to the court below to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that till date, charge has not been framed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
