The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2018.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. He has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57234 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sone Nagar Rail P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
