Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 382, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and dragged him out of the four wheeler. Thereafter, petitioner snatched his mobile phone and some cash and fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to prior enmity.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner is named in the FIR and he has got criminal antecedent.
