Petitioner is accused in connection with SPL Case No. 6445 of 2018 arising out of Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 registered under Sections 341/323/384/504/506 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act and 37 (b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Both petitioner and informant are relatives. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2018.
