The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.161 of 2019 registered under Sections 401, 420, 406, 327, 382, 504, 506, 489(A), 489(B), 489(C) and 489(D) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor the currency notes, as handed over by the informant and others to unknown on the introduction of Rahman Shah, have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. On mere suspicion, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the police and the petitioner having no criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71312 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 antecedent is in custody since 30.08.2019. Moreover, after investigation, the charge-sheet has already been submitted by the police against the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No.161 of 2019.
