JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 The petitioner has not been paid the benefits of 1st A.C.P and 2nd M.A.C.P. as well as the differential amount of salary because of non-payment of the aforesaid benefits.

This payment has been withheld despite the same having been approved in principle by the concerned respondent. The representation of the petitioner before the Principal of the college in question has gone unheeded.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22395 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 This Court therefore provides that in the event of the petitioner making a fresh representation before the Principal, H.D. Jain College, Ara (respondent No. 4) for redressal of his grievance within a period of three weeks, the concerned respondent shall look into the matter, verify the facts and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, pass/caused to be passed a consequential order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
