Petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj Excise Case No.164 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Excise Probation Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 133.56 litres foreign made liquor was recovered from a car. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was driver of the vehicle.

It is mentioned in para 3 to the bail application that petitioner has clean antecedents.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.07.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
