Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366 (A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners are alleged to have kidnapped the informant's daughter who is aged about 14 years. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C disclosed her age to be 20 years, and she has stated that she was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7388 of 2023(2) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 in love with co-accused Sonu Kumar and she got married with him in Danapur Court and she had gone to Delhi to reside with him. Petitioners are family members of said co-accused Sonu Kumar.

Considering the 164 Cr.P.C statement of the vicitm and other aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, in connection with Athmalgola P.S.
