The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/342/ 307/427/504/153A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and no specific role has attributed to him. It is further submitted that several other similar situated persons who were also said to have been present at the place of occurrence have since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 71013 of 2019 vide order dated 18.11.2019.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.68438 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
