Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and village politics. The police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet against other coaccused persons showing the present petitioner as not sent up for trial. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
